Aria Quartzite Countertops
Aria Quartzite has a creamy white background that features deep black and grey veining. The neutrality of this stone can complement contemporary or traditional designs. It is an excellent option for homeowners that desire the look of traditional Marble but want the strength and durability to hold up to daily use. These Aria Quartzite kitchen and bar countertops were fabricated by Surface One for Byrom Buiding for a home in The Preserve in Hoover Alabama.
Quartzite is a naturally occurring stone that is formed through a process of pressurizing and heating sandstone. It is extremely durable and harder than granite, making it an excellent choice for kitchens and bathrooms. It is often confused with Quartz which is an engineered material that is manufactured by combining mineral quartz with resins and binders to create a solid surface. Traditional coloring is white to grey, with some variations including pinks and reds from iron oxide in the stone.
